This was in a really touristy rest area so I think more for other foreigners than the japanese :)
Ok, this is my favourite. The advertising campaign about being safe on the train platforms. I don't really understand it, but I do love the beach.
It only takes fingers to throw away. It takes the whole body to pick up.
Maybe a push play campaign?
definitely no smorking. and tout is also out.
